On June 19, 2025, DS Dongshang's second factory in Vietnam, Vietnam Zhongshang Product Technology Co., LTD., officially opened for business, adding a brilliant stroke to the company's "trinity" production capacity layout strategy. As a key part of DS Dongshang's global layout, it is positioned as a manufacturing hub in Southeast Asia and a bridgehead for overseas markets. The factory is equipped with advanced intelligent production lines. It will fully utilize the advantages of wood resources and human resources in Southeast Asia, strengthen the coordination of the industrial chain, further improve the global supply chain, and promote the international development of the brand. Vietnam Zhongshang is located in Phu Giao District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with its self-built factory covering an area of 18,000 square meters. Our business covers multiple fields including packaging boxes (wooden boxes, leather boxes) and wood products (household items, gifts, cultural and tourism products, handicrafts), etc. Our rich product line can fully meet the diverse needs of customers. Since the start of the preparatory construction in November 2024, DS Dongshang Vietnam's second factory has been accelerating the construction in accordance with the "manufacturing hub" standards. From the planning of the factory building to the installation of equipment, it only took eight months. Now that it has officially started production, advanced production equipment and workshop layout have laid a solid foundation for efficient and high-quality production, and established a standardized system covering the entire process from raw material processing, precision machining to finished product inspection. The factory in Vietnam has established a fully standardized production line covering the entire process from material cutting, processing, painting, packaging, surface treatment to quality inspection. It is fully equipped with a series of equipment such as CNC woodworking numerical control machines, fully automatic mechanical arm spraying lines, laser cutting machines and laser marking machines. All the equipment in each link works in coordination to ensure that every product can be presented to customers with exquisite craftsmanship. To further enhance service quality, the factory has established a professional customer service team, equipped with a multilingual professional service team, providing full-process customized services from product design, sample confirmation to after-sales maintenance. Meanwhile, actively participate in international industry exhibitions, showcase innovative products and cutting-edge technologies, and deepen strategic cooperation with global customers. The opening of the second factory in Vietnam this time is an important milestone in the company's development. The three major bases in Dongguan, Guangxi and Vietnam work in coordination to form a "trinity" production matrix. Each base has a clear division of labor and works closely together: Dongguan, Guangdong has a construction area of 23,000 square meters. Advanced equipment and a highly skilled workforce guarantee high-quality products. The self-built factory in Guilin, Guangxi covers an area of 100,000 square meters and has large-scale production capacity to meet the market demand for product quantity. Today, Binh Duong, Vietnam, has built its first and second factories with a total construction area of 38,000 square meters. By leveraging the local resource and geographical advantages, it has further expanded its international market. Meanwhile, the product research and development center established in Songshan Lake, Dongguan, continuously injects innovative design vitality into the products. The kick-off banquet that night was bustling with excitement. The Vietnamese employees were full of enthusiasm, and laughter and joy filled the entire venue. During the event, Huang Kaifa, the chairman of DS Dongshang, took the stage to deliver a speech, extending his warm congratulations on the start of the new factory and expressing his sincere welcome and gratitude to all the Vietnamese employees. Chen Xuebin, the deputy general manager of the second factory in Vietnam, and Yu Gongping, the factory director, elaborated in detail on the company's development strategy and future plans, emphasized the significant position of the new factory in Vietnam in the group's global layout, and encouraged the employees to work together and contribute to the development of the factory. Chairman Huang Kaifa, Vice President Chen Xuebin, and Factory Director Yu Gongping, along with the middle-level cadre team, took the stage together and raised their glasses to celebrate with all the employees and guests present.
