2026 DS Dongshang Production Skills Competition
Enhance the skills of craftsmen and strengthen the foundation of manufacturing. To stimulate the vitality of the front-line production teams and create a factory environment where there is learning from each other, competition, mutual assistance and progress, Dongshang Group's two production bases in Dongguan and Guilin have simultaneously launched production skills competitions. Production colleagues from both places actively participated, competing with each other on skills, and uniting their craftsmanship strength.
This skills competition is open to all on-the-job production staff at the Dongguan base. Multiple practical operation competition tracks have been set up, and workers can freely form teams to participate. Everyone demonstrates their practical skills based on their positions and exchange experiences during the competition, learning from each other's strengths. The base also simultaneously launched a full-staff lean improvement proposal competition, encouraging employees to explore optimization ideas based on their own positions, pooling collective wisdom to boost production efficiency and quality. The event will proceed through the stages of preparation, batch-based practical operation competitions, and result announcements. The winning teams and individuals from the Dongguan base will be awarded at the 15th anniversary celebration of the group on September 19th.
Craftsmanship creates quality, and hard work leads to success.
We hope that all the family members at the Dongguan and Guilin bases can showcase their talents and gain growth in this skills competition. They should apply what they have learned during the competition to their daily production work. The two bases will work together with one heart to enhance their technical capabilities and jointly embark on the new journey of the group's development!
The production base in Guilin has launched simultaneously. Frontline employees have responded positively and independently formed teams to compete in practical operation skills in various production tracks. The competition promotes practice and improvement, enabling them to refine their skills and learn from each other to enhance their abilities. The team competition for lean improvement proposals has also been launched simultaneously. It calls on all colleagues of the base to stay at the production site, pool their wisdom to explore solutions for improving efficiency and effectiveness, and empower the base construction with innovation. After the stage competitions and result announcements, the winning partners of the Guilin base will also gather on September 19th for the group's anniversary celebration, jointly receiving honor and recognition.
