Anti-vibration Method of Wooden Box

 

1. Wrapping method:

Use sheets of various types of materials to wrap a single piece of content into the outer box. Scope of application: It is mostly used for shock-proof packaging of small items.

2. Floating packaging method:

Use small pieces of pads that can be displaced and flowed to effectively fill the gaps in the direct force-bearing parts of the contents, thereby dispersing the impact force on the contents. This method is basically the same as the compression packaging method.

3. Mold box packaging method:

The foamed polymer shockproof material is made into a mold box packaging product with the same shape as the product by using a mold to achieve shockproof effect. This method is mostly used for the packaging of small, lightweight products.

4. On-site foam packaging method:

The foamed material is used between the product and the outer wooden box, and the foamed material is filled with a special device (injected in a liquid state), and it is quickly expanded and cured to form a foamed polymer shockproof material.

5. Compression packaging method:

Use elastic materials, such as filaments, flakes, granules and small pieces, to pack or reinforce fragile items to absorb vibration or impact energy.
